About the position

In this unit, you will have the privilege of working with Head-Neck and Skin Cancer and becoming an expert in tracheostomy care, which you will benefit from throughout your career.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work in a dynamic and challenging environment where you play an important role in patient care.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Assisting nurses and doctors in patient care
• Performing nursing tasks such as hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition
• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes
• Handling medical technical equipment and performing sample collections

This advertisement concerns three different positions, two permanent positions and one one-year temporary position.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proof of protected professional title for nursing assistants or employer certificate confirming that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023, in accordance with the transitional provisions (2021:739) in the Patient Safety Act (2010:659). If you apply with an employer certificate, you must attach a diploma from your nursing assistant exam.
• Experience working as a nursing assistant in acute care
• Swedish at C1 level

Meritorious:

• Experience in tracheostomy care

About the recruitment process

For your application to be assessed as complete, it must include proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare or an employer certificate confirming permanent employment as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. Note that if you apply with an employer certificate, you also need to attach a diploma from your nursing assistant exam for the application to be assessed as complete.
