We at Attendo are now looking for a Group Manager for our central and modern nursing home Lignagatan located in the heart of Södermalm. The residence has 54 places and is focused on Culture & Entertainment, which means we organize enjoyable activities with cultural elements.

About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care work. The role involves a present and supportive leadership out in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.

You have several group manager colleagues and you collaborate, brainstorm, and exchange experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

Main responsibilities

• Guide and work in daily care work together with the team.
• Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
• Personnel responsibility; recruitment, introduction of new employees, development talks.
• Involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations.

Qualifications

• Trained nursing assistant or equivalent professional experience, preferably in elderly care.
• Good computer skills.
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Previous experience as a group manager or coordinator.
• Experience in elderly care.

It is an advantage if you also have

• Leadership training.

Working hours: 100%

Work schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
