The rheumatology area in Lund and Malmö provides both regional healthcare and highly specialized care for patients with inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Most of the rheumatologist's patients are treated in outpatient care, and we have recently opened a day care unit. Inpatient care is provided at the NRH department (Kidney, Rheumatology, and Dermatology) in Lund. Infusion treatment and day rehabilitation are available in both Lund and Malmö.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a medical secretary with us, you will play an important role with varying administrative tasks. The main focus is on documentation, in addition to this you will also work with monitoring, bookings, referral management, mail handling, diagnosis registration, telephone service, reception work, and case management in 1177. Our secretaries alternate at different stations according to a schedule, which means varying tasks throughout the week.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY/400p YH or equivalent medical secretary training. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing as well as good knowledge of medical terminology. We consider it an extra merit if you also master English in speech and writing and it is desirable to have good IT skills. Experience working in Melior, Medspeech, 1177, Callguide, Webb-Pasis, Qlikview, referral management, Skånekatalogen, and training in Diagnosis-related groups (DRG) is also meritorious.
