We are looking for a nursing assistant for the short-term units at Kvarnbacken and Ängabogården. Individuals who need support for a limited time come here. The unit is focused on individuals in need of rehabilitation, palliative care, and assessment, and who have extensive care needs. We are now looking for a nursing assistant to strengthen our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role with us, you are, together with your colleagues, a key person in the network around the individual. We offer you a varied job with a wide range of tasks. Our work is based on government decisions with clear goals based on the individual's unique needs.

We work according to applicable guidelines and legislation. You and your colleagues work cross-professionally and collaborate across boundaries with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and care managers to provide person-centered care and support.

Your tasks include daily documentation according to applicable legislation in digital systems. The interventions and care work for the individual are continuously documented. You establish and update ongoing implementation plans. In your role, you work both independently and in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected title, has relevant high school qualifications equivalent to the care program, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience working in short-term operations previously and with delegated health and medical care interventions. You are well acquainted with digital platforms and follow the workplace's action plans, policies, and guidelines as well as the Social Services Act paragraph SoL §1:1.

We see that you place great importance on professional interaction, good collaboration skills, and a positive attitude. We require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech, understanding, and writing. You have good communication skills where you share information and ideas, both orally and in writing, and express the core of an argument clearly. You adapt your communication according to the recipient, target group, and situation.

You act according to made decisions, plans, and guidelines and participate in and initiate the establishment and follow-up of these.
