About the role

As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care activities together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working atmosphere in the group every day. You will work during the day, on weekends, and in the evenings.

• Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and acknowledging your employees in their daily work. You have several group manager colleagues with whom you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.
• Participation: As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management team.

About Villa Sisjödal

The facility consists of 90 bright and cozy apartments spread over five floors. Each floor contains apartments, large social areas, and outdoor spaces. In addition, there are several natural meeting places in the building, such as a large lobby with a lounge area, a gym, a hairdresser, and an Italian restaurant. At the top of the building, there is a winter garden overlooking a large rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of Gothenburg.

The apartments are bright, modern, and well-planned with high ceilings and designed to enable an independent and comfortable life. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and induction hob for easier cooking. The bathrooms are fully tiled and equipped with Japanese toilets.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Furthermore, you have experience in elderly care and have previously led staff. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. We want you to be:
