Description

The Home Care Service Lödöse is growing, and we are now looking for new colleagues.

We are a committed workgroup that works towards a common goal.

The positions are full-time and based in central Lödöse.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, you will provide individually tailored personal care and support as well as social stimulation. We place great importance on the integrity of citizens and work according to the values that are based on the individual's own wishes and abilities. Our mission is to be professional practitioners who work to strengthen the individual's abilities and resources so that they experience their everyday life as manageable and meaningful.

You provide support, care, and assistance. The assignment also includes performing health and medical care tasks as delegated. Likewise, documentation is part of the daily work. Your work is guided by the fact that our elderly should have a safe and meaningful life, where the individual's needs are at the center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant and preferably has experience in the profession
• Is confident in themselves and meets people in an engaged and professional manner.
• Is direct and clear in their communication style and works well both independently and in a team.
• Has a B driver's license

You are a positive person who sees opportunities, is flexible, and enjoys working in a changing environment. You should be innovative and open to alternative working methods and hours, with the individual in focus. Above all, you find it fun and stimulating to work with care for the individual. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in home care.

Before employment, you need to present a valid background check.

We would like you to attach relevant certificates/grades showing that you are a trained nursing assistant and have a protected professional title.

Selected candidates will undergo a digital language test. A passing level is required to proceed in the process.
