Your Responsibilities
In the role of Mechanical Designer at Kelva, you will work on the design and development of customized industrial products for demanding process and industrial environments. Each solution is developed based on specific customer needs, where you combine design work with close dialogue and collaboration with sales, colleagues, subcontractors, and sometimes even the customer.

You will manage multiple projects in different phases and work in an environment characterized by freedom under responsibility. The role includes, in addition to design, also technical support, preparation of drawing documentation, and participation in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at the customer’s site.

Travel is included in the position, for example, in connection with installation, verification, and problem-solving on-site, which allows you to work closely with both the product and the customer's operations.

For the role of Mechanical Designer, we are looking for someone with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to design and technology. You are communicative, unpretentious, and thrive in an environment with collaboration and many contact points. Furthermore, we see that you are attentive and comfortable making your own decisions within given frameworks.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in design/mechanics (minimum YH)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer in industry
• Experience with Autodesk Inventor
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driving license B

• Experience from the process industry or ventilation industry
• Knowledge of German
• Experience with travel in the job and international customer contacts
