What do we offer?

• We are a well-functioning health center with fixed doctors and various specialist clinics.

• The practice has about 8000 registered patients.

The practice includes a doctor's office, nurse/district nurse office. Nurses/district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics in Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, and Blood Pressure.

At Vårdcentralen Vårdhuset, we are proud of our work and, among other things, the good results in patient satisfaction, which has been shown several times in national surveys. Our staff includes 4 permanently employed district doctors and 3 ST doctors who are based at the health center. The practice also includes a physiotherapy clinic, chiropractor, and psychologist.

Job Responsibilities

Together with the Operations Manager and the Medical Responsible Doctor, you will have great opportunities to influence your work, as we have short decision-making paths and a high ceiling. There is an opportunity to develop together with competent colleagues. You will work both independently and in teams with other staff categories at the clinic.

As a nurse at Vårdcentralen Vårdhuset, your work is varied. You will work with telephone counseling, triage, and reception work.

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.
• You want to contribute to a stable nursing clinic with good quality.
• You want, like us, to work for the patients' best through treatment, counseling, and health-promoting work.
• You have a good attitude, want to develop within the organization, and see opportunities.
• You are flexible, engaged, and have good collaboration skills.

If you have experience working in primary care and reception work, this is an advantage but not a requirement. If you are also further educated in the area of diabetes and targeted health conversations, we see this as very meritorious.

Reception

Vårdhuset Malmö City is one of Sweden's more modern health centers. We have no rigid rules and restrictions but focus on adapting to you and your needs. The key to this is staff with broad and deep expertise. The staff group consists of 25 people and there are about 8000 registered patients at the health center. The staff includes general practitioners, ST doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, CBT therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, dietitians, medical secretaries, and receptionists.
