About the role
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager for our customer segment Builders – a strategically important role for our growth. Here, you will be responsible for developing and managing larger, complex customer relationships and driving business that goes beyond individual components.
You will work daily with selling comprehensive solutions, providing technical advice, and long-term customer development. The role suits you who want to take significant personal responsibility, be out with customers, and truly make a difference in the business. You will be part of a larger sales team. The most important tasks are to
- Develop and deepen relationships with strategic customers within the builder segment
- Identify new business opportunities and drive proactive sales
- Sell customized comprehensive solutions with the support of our product specialists
- Work on quotes, contract negotiations, and structured business follow-up
- Act as a technical sounding board for customers and colleagues
- Participate in larger trade fairs and important customer events
The role involves active fieldwork with travel about 3–4 days a week, mainly within the following geographical area; Gothenburg–Jönköping–Stockholm-Örebro-Karlstad. Travel to the head office and warehouse in Malmö may occur. The place of employment is flexible, but it is desirable that you live within the above area.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a senior and business-driven salesperson with at least 5–7 years of documented experience in proactive sales, preferably towards builders, automotive workshops, or other related industries. You have a good technical understanding and thrive with complex business focusing on solution sales.
As a person, you are driven by making deals and have a good commercial acumen as well as an understanding of what drives the business forward. You are driven and enjoy working in an independent and outgoing role. You inspire trust and are relationship-building, as the work involves daily contacts with both customers and colleagues. You are results- and goal-oriented and collaborate naturally with others, sharing your knowledge and previous experiences.
