Responsibilities

As part of the team at FS Servicemind, you will play a central role in our customer journey - from first contact to completed service. You will be our face to the outside world and responsible for building relationships and securing deals in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and contacting new and existing customers to book and sell our services
• Identifying customer needs and presenting solutions that fit both practically and economically
• Responsible for quoting, pricing, and follow-up
• Keeping track of calculations and ensuring that each assignment is carried out within the agreed budget
• Collaborating with our operational team to plan and ensure high quality in delivery
• Contributing to the development of our processes and customer relationships over time

This is a role for you who enjoys taking initiative, thrives on customer contact, and is motivated by seeing results - both for the customer's sake and for the company's development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is driven, communicative, and has a natural sense of service. You do not need to have extensive sales experience, but it is an advantage if you have worked with customer contact, sales, or similar before. The most important thing is that you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and want to do a good job - every time.

We believe that you:

• Have a strong drive and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are comfortable speaking on the phone and easily build trust
• Have a structured working method and good ability to keep track of details and finances
• Speak and write Swedish fluently - other languages are a plus
• Have a valid driver's license - required
