Our team is a wonderful mix of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, rehab coordinators, rehab assistants, and administrative assistants. We are now looking for an occupational therapist who wants to be part of our wonderful team in Växjö. We are a team of 17 occupational therapists who support each other in our daily work. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an occupational therapist with us, you will have meaningful tasks that involve performing ADL and cognitive assessments, actively participating in the rehabilitation process, and working with the testing of aids to meet patients' needs. Your day-to-day work will be both varied and developing, as you work within inpatient care with departments such as oncology, orthopedics, surgery, geriatrics, medicine, and more.

We value a strong team spirit, where you are an integral part of the team around the patient and collaborate closely with physiotherapists, rehab assistants, speech therapists, dietitians, and other professionals to provide the best possible care. To give you a secure start, we offer an individually tailored introduction plan and support from a mentor who will help you settle into your new role. Additionally, you have the opportunity to influence your position based on your skills and interests, allowing us to create a workday that suits you.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist, whether you are experienced or newly graduated. For us, your willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's development is more important than the number of years in the profession.

You have the ability to plan and structure your work and enjoy varied tasks in a dynamic environment. Above all, you are a team player with a focus on development, ready to contribute to making a difference for our patients and our organization.
