Your upcoming role Do you want to work data-driven in a technical and socially important organization where your analytical work contributes to safe, whole, and accessible vehicles? We are now looking for an analytical asset manager for the Vehicle unit to enhance our analytical capabilities within operations and asset management.

About the role

As an asset manager, you will work closely with vehicles, systems, and operations. You will be responsible for producing, quality assuring, and analyzing data used for system reports in asset management work. You will create decision-making materials and drive improvement work related to data quality. In this role, you will also be part of various project groups for investigation and improvement work. The role requires a high level of collaboration and will involve close cooperation with colleagues in different departments within the vehicle organization and our client, the Traffic Administration.

Main responsibilities

In the role of asset manager, you will, among other things:

• Analyze data to produce recommendations and decision-making materials to achieve SJ Stockholmståg's overall objectives

• Actively contribute to the Vehicle's improvement work regarding data quality

• Produce system reports for asset management

• LCC analyses

• Follow up on the organization's KPIs

Expectations of you as a candidate

To take on the role of an analytical Asset Manager, you need to be driven by constantly improving processes, working methods, and quality in analytical work. You are self-sufficient, structured, and enjoy diving deep into data to see patterns and find root causes.

You should have:

• Documented experience in analytical work, including the preparation of decision-making materials, reports, and follow-ups

• Relevant higher education, such as engineering or equivalent

• Experience in improvement work focused on data quality and information structure

• Good knowledge of ISO 55000

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in Maximo and/or RVM

• Experience from production-related vehicle/industrial environments
