We are undergoing an organizational change within maintenance and are now looking for Maintenance Coordinators with various areas of responsibility.

About the role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all electrical and automation-related activities within production, covering the media, process, and bottling departments. You will work in accordance with Spendrups' maintenance process, which means you will follow established routines and methods to ensure high quality and efficiency in maintenance work. You will report to the Automation Manager and collaborate closely with both the rest of the maintenance organization and other functions within the organization.

You will lead and follow up on the daily work for a team of 10 shift workers and 2 day-time automation technicians, as well as 6 engineers, where collaboration and communication are crucial to ensure the delivery of maintenance work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and following up on the team's daily operational work

• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities both short and long term to balance needs and ensure efficient use of resources

• Weekly assignment and follow-up of completed activities against weekly goals

• Coordination with operations to optimize the need for maintenance windows

• Leading planning, execution, and follow-up of scheduled maintenance windows

• Procurement of external service providers when resource needs increase

• Collaboration with the remaining maintenance department and other functions within the brewery

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has good communication skills. You have experience in planning, preferably within maintenance, and are used to working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

We would like you to have:

• A technical background with experience in electrical and automation

• Experience in scheduling and coordinating projects and/or maintenance activities or experience from another similar operation is a plus but not a requirement

• Experience working with the maintenance system IBM Maximo is a plus
