Are you a structured and communicative person with a passion for planning and coordination? Do you want to be a key player in our maintenance department? Then this might be the role for you! We are undergoing an organizational change within maintenance and are now looking for three maintenance coordinators with different areas of responsibility.

About the role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all ongoing maintenance activities within production, covering the media, process, and bottling departments.

You will work in accordance with Spendrups' maintenance process, which means following established routines and methods to ensure high quality and efficiency in maintenance work. You will report to the head of Operational Maintenance in production and closely collaborate with the rest of the maintenance organization as well as other functions within the organization.

You will lead and follow up on the daily work of a team of 10 shift workers and 8 daytime mechanics, where collaboration and communication are crucial to ensure the delivery of maintenance work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and following up on the team's daily operational work

• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities both short and long-term to balance needs and ensure effective resource utilization

• Weekly assignment and follow-up of completed activities against weekly goals

• Coordination with operations to optimize the need for maintenance windows

• Leading planning, execution, and follow-up of scheduled maintenance windows

• Purchasing external service providers when resource needs increase

• Collaboration with the rest of the maintenance department and other functions within the brewery

Who are you? We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and has good communication skills. You have experience in planning, preferably within maintenance, and are used to working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

We would like you to have:

• A technical background, preferably with experience in maintenance work

• Experience in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities or experience from another similar operation is advantageous but not required

• Experience working with the maintenance system IBM Maximo is advantageous
