Your Responsibilities

We are looking for nursing assistants for our lovely short-term accommodation in Tibble. Many who work with us appreciate that it is a varied job where you meet many different people with varying support needs. As a nursing assistant, you work with care recipients and assist them based on their individual needs. The tasks include everything related to the daily living of the care recipients. This includes documentation and delegation from a nurse regarding medication. Rehabilitation is an important part of the daily tasks.

About the Workplace

The short-term accommodation is under the same unit as day activities, family support, and open meeting places. We have the capacity to accommodate 15 people. Often, individuals come here after a hospital stay and have various needs for health care, rehabilitation, and care. For us, it is important to maintain a professional approach that focuses on the residents and their relatives. We have close collaboration with other professionals and base our work on a rehabilitative approach where the resident is supported to do what they can by themselves.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant or caregiver with good experience. Your competence is important as we work to help individuals become more independent, where the goal is often to return to their home. We are looking for someone who is confident, has a good ability to collaborate in a team, but also has the ability to work independently. We seek someone who is flexible, can see the needs of our care recipients, and wants to enhance their everyday life.

We use computers and phones as work aids. You should be able to express yourself very well in both speech and writing.
