The conversation clinics for children and youth in Leksand and Rättvik are part of Primary Care and offer early, easily accessible psychological interventions for children and adolescents up to 17 years old. Children and youth who reach us are triaged via 'One Path In', which is a regional receiving function. This means that you meet patients where needs and interventions have already been assessed regarding care level in the first stage. At the clinics today, nurses with specialist training in psychiatry/CBT and licensed psychotherapists/CBT work. We work in teams and in close collaboration with school health services, social services, and other healthcare providers. The operation is under development, which means you will be involved in shaping future working methods.

To meet the needs and strengthen the first line, we are now expanding psychological support. The conversation clinics for children and youth in Leksand and Rättvik are looking for an engaged licensed psychologist for our conversation clinics for children and youth who want to help build the future first line for mental health within the framework of the initiative 'One Path In'. This is an opportunity for you who want to work closely with children, adolescents, and their families and contribute to early interventions within first-line care.

We are looking for a psychologist with a generalist profile, which means that the job responsibilities may also include clinic work within the overall mission of primary care at our health centers as needed.

As a psychologist with us, you will work with:

• Psychiatric assessments and mappings
• Psychological treatment, individually or in groups
• Parent conversations and counseling
• Collaboration with other professionals inside and outside Primary Care
• Development of the clinic's working methods and routines

You will work independently but with support from colleagues in a safe and competent team.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed psychologist
• You hold a B driver's license and can drive a car

Meritorious:

• Experience working in first-line psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, pediatric medicine, or school health services.
• Further education in psychological treatment or other suitable further education
• Have a good ability to create relationships and provide security
• Be flexible and have an interest in development work
• Enjoy both independent and team-oriented work

Placement: The position is shared between Primary Care's clinics in Rättvik and Leksand.

Employment form: Permanent employment, full-time. Start date according to agreement.
