Primärvården in Västerbergslagen is now looking for a licensed occupational therapist for Ludvika-Grängesberg health center and Sunnansjö health center. The position is based at Ludvika-Grängesberg health center. Occupational therapy within Primärvården Västerbergslagen is in an exciting phase of development. Our expertise is increasingly in demand, and we work in several important areas, including mental health, activity ability assessments, pain rehabilitation, hand rehabilitation, memory investigations, and more. We have a close and well-functioning collaboration with other professionals such as physiotherapists, social workers, doctors, rehabilitation assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, nurses, and nursing assistants. Together, we create a safe and person-centered care for our patients.

Occupational Therapist, Temporary Position, Ludvika Reception Job Responsibilities

Areas of Work:

• Hand rehabilitation
• Memory investigations
• Activity ability assessments for disability benefit cases
• Education for patients and relatives (e.g., Osteoarthritis School)
• Assistive device testing

The work involves both individual interventions and teamwork with other professionals, where the patient's participation and independence are always in focus.
