The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) care in Dalarna is a county clinic with operations in Falun and Mora. The ENT clinic in Falun has a comprehensive county responsibility for all inpatient and emergency ENT healthcare within Dalarna. In Falun, there is a care department, outpatient clinic, and a dedicated operating room. We have our own emergency services around the clock and the Eye Clinic's emergency services in the evenings, nights, and weekends. The care department has 10 care places.

Day surgery is a significant part of our operations where we receive between 40-50 patients per week at full production, and a large portion of these are children. You, together with a nurse, will be responsible for the pre- and post-operative care. In addition to ENT patients, eye, maxillofacial, and hospital dental patients are also cared for in day surgery.

You will be offered a varied job with both inpatient care, day surgery, and emergency services, and you will receive an individualized onboarding. You will have daily responsibility for the nursing work together with a nursing assistant. Within inpatient care, you will be responsible for patients at different stages of care, from admission, pre- and post-operative care, to discharge of patients. Our patients are of all ages, ranging from short to long hospital stays. Palliative care is also provided. In addition to ENT patients, eye, maxillofacial, and hospital dental patients are cared for in the department.

The position is for a permanent employment.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse.

We prefer that you have an easy time communicating and working in a team. As a nurse in Dept 45, you are flexible and responsible. Great importance is placed on personal qualities and suitability.
