Lead Service Technician

Soreto Services is a comprehensive partner when it comes to renovation, new installations, and repair of fuel facilities, properties, and buildings. About the Position

As a Lead Service Technician with us, you will play a key role in ensuring that our service assignments maintain high standards and are executed efficiently and professionally. Soreto has extensive experience in service and maintenance assignments, particularly focused on properties and fuel facilities. We are now growing strongly in property-related services, ranging from construction and renovation to operations and maintenance, as well as ongoing property management.

In this role, you will plan and follow up on work in daily operations and maintenance, as well as smaller projects. You will lead a team of experienced and competent service/property technicians and also participate in various field efforts. Our service and maintenance assignments vary greatly from day to day and require versatile skills in multiple areas. With us, you will have a varied workday where problem-solving, customer contact, and technical assignments go hand in hand. The role combines leadership with practical work, allowing you to be both operational and contribute to the development of the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Leadership, planning, and coordination of technicians in the field
• Planning and follow-up of service and maintenance work
• Execution of technical interventions in construction and property
• Quality assurance and documentation of completed work
• Customer contact and problem-solving in daily operations
• Responsibility for workplace safety and security within the team

Profile

Experience and Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in Operations, Property, HVAC, Construction, or Electrical
• Experience in leadership or project management
• Good understanding of property technology and construction processes
• Ability to work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Driving license (B)
