Luleå Municipality's infrastructure and service management section property management belongs to the Property Department. The property management consists of two units, local management and technical management. Technical management is a support function to local management, and its mission is to support local management regarding property operations (technology, media supply, supervision, and maintenance) as well as corrective maintenance.

The local and residential area that the entire department is responsible for is approximately 655,000 square meters in total, of which own properties are approximately 530,000 square meters.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The work consists of operational and maintenance work focused on technical installations in the properties within the entire property area, where some supervision and maintenance may be included. We are looking for someone who is driven to care for the technical installations of properties with varied tasks.

Your tasks include performing preventive maintenance of property technical installations, assisting with indoor environment investigations, and working with energy optimization. At the same time, you will provide technical support to property technicians for troubleshooting and corrective maintenance in the technical installations. You will place orders for minor maintenance, service, and follow up on ordered work, as well as purchase and install spare parts and consumables.

The position includes some administrative tasks such as invoice control of ordered goods/services. You will also work in our property system Pondus Pro and overarching control system Ifix to plan your daily work.

On-call duty and swimming water control are included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you need to be social, pedagogical, flexible, and you are happy to take the initiative and drive your work independently forward with your own responsibility, structure, and accuracy. You represent the municipality in many situations, and to succeed well in the work, you also need to have a professional and service-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• At least a high school education focused on properties or work experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education in property operations.
• Experience with heating, ventilation, and cooling systems.
• Computer skills with experience in property systems.
• Experience with property control programs.
• Good knowledge of energy efficiency and control technology.
