Our janitorial unit within the Culture, Leisure, and Youth Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of sports facilities, exercise tracks, and swimming areas.

We are now looking for a sports facility janitor for a summer temporary position who wants to contribute to keeping our facilities in good condition and usable throughout the summer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of sports facility janitor, you will be part of a janitorial unit responsible for municipal sports facilities. The janitorial unit's mission is to provide good service to everyone conducting activities in our facilities. Your tasks will include caring for and maintaining the parts we are responsible for, as well as operating certain vehicles and machinery. This includes performing repairs and maintenance on materials and machines and establishing a good relationship with those using the facilities.

The position is located within the southern janitorial unit, which means working with sports halls and artificial grass fields. If necessary, you may also work with other facilities within our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school diploma
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have:

• Driving license C
• Experience with tractors
• Experience working with sports facilities or associations
• Interest in sports and association activities

As a person, you are service-oriented, can work independently, and are responsible. You are helpful and comfortable with varying tasks and changing work environments. You are preferably practical and have a knack for repairs and maintenance.

The position is a temporary hourly employment as needed, with immediate start or by agreement. The work includes evening and weekend shifts.
