Granlo Health Center is a well-functioning unit with about 12,000 registered patients focusing on continuity, KUM operations, and close cooperation with Liden HC. We are a wonderful group with different professional backgrounds making a difference every day. In our team, there are 10 general practitioners, 4 ST doctors, a dermatologist, an orthopedic surgeon, as well as other healthcare staff such as district nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, rehab coordinators, and medical secretaries. Here we work closely together in an open and inspiring work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

As an ST doctor with us, you start with a patient list corresponding to about half of a completed specialist's patient list. The list increases gradually each year in line with your professional development, with the goal that you as a completed specialist reach our standard of 1100 registered patients per doctor. We offer a structured ST program with supervisors, a clear education plan, and time for training.

We are now looking for an ST doctor to become part of our team. The positions are permanent full-time employment starting on 2026-05-01 or by agreement.

You contribute to good accessibility, continuity, and broad medical competence in primary care. The role is important to ensure future medical capacity and to develop working methods within both Granlo and Liden HC. As an ST doctor, you will:

• Conduct medical assessments, investigations, and treatments in primary care.
• Handle both planned and acute patient visits.
• Gradually take responsibility for your own patient list according to the ST plan.
• Document and follow up care according to current guidelines.
• Participate in teamwork with nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and more.
• Contribute to KUM operations and structured working methods.
• Conduct educational moments according to individual ST plan (supervision, seminars, courses).
• Participate in improvement work and development projects at the unit.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed physician and meets the requirements set by the National Board of Health and Welfare to start ST in general medicine.
• Has work experience in primary care or another level of care.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Has a B driver's license.
