Granlo Health Center is a well-functioning unit with approximately 12,000 registered patients, focusing on continuity, KUM operations, and close collaboration with Liden HC. We are a wonderful group with different professional backgrounds making a difference every day. In our team, there are 8 district nurses, 3 nurses, general practitioners, ST doctors, a dermatologist, an orthopedist, nursing assistants, psychologists, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. Here we work closely together in an open and inspiring work environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

We are now looking for a nurse/district nurse to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2026-05-01 or by agreement.

District Nurse/Nurse at Granlo Health Center, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse, you are a central part of primary care's mission. You contribute by ensuring safe and professional care for patients of all ages. We work health-promoting and preventive to strengthen patients' self-care and well-being. Through your competence and independence, you are a key person in creating accessible, personal, and qualitative primary care. With us, you have excellent opportunities to grow in your professional role. You can deepen your knowledge in specialist areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, incontinence, elderly care, or wound care.

Job responsibilities as a nurse with us:

• Independent assessments and advice via reception and phone/digital contacts.
• Work with chronic patients: diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, etc.
• Wound dressings, sampling, and treatments within the district nurse's area of competence.
• Nurse-led infection clinic.
• Collaboration with doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and other professionals.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has one year of work experience as a nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you

• Are a licensed district nurse, diabetes nurse, or specialist in Asthma-COPD
• Have work experience in primary care
• Have additional language skills
