The Psychiatric Department 50 offers acute psychiatric inpatient care for patients with known psychotic diagnoses or suspected psychosis. The department's focus is to provide integrated inpatient care for psychotic patients in collaboration with the psychosis clinic. At Department 50, the care team works together to provide each patient with individually tailored care and support. The workgroup is characterized by a good working climate and positive cohesion. We strive to be a versatile, balanced, and responsive workgroup characterized by openness and accessibility.

We are now looking for two nurses to join the team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start according to agreement.

Nurse for Psychiatric Department 50, Sundsvall

As a nurse in the department, psychiatric care is your area of responsibility and specialty. The responsibility includes patient-centered work and the scientific knowledge area. Responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and evaluating nursing interventions
• Participating in and leading rounds and care planning
• Supportive conversations
• Guiding and supporting patients in discovering and developing their own resources
• Documentation
• Medication management
• Supervising students

As a nurse at Department 50, you will have an exciting and varied job where you work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary psychiatric care team with good cohesion. In daily work, there is a need to focus on finding solutions in the present, which allows you to be creative and flexible in your work.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have further education in psychiatry
• Have experience working in psychiatric care
