Department 50 offers acute psychiatric inpatient care for patients with a known psychotic diagnosis or suspicion of psychosis. The department's focus is on providing inpatient care for psychiatric patients. Our care team works together to provide each patient with individually tailored care and support. The workgroup is characterized by a good working climate and positive cohesion. We strive to be a versatile, balanced, and responsive workgroup characterized by openness and accessibility.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant to join us! The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start.

Nursing Assistant for Psychiatric Department 50, Sundsvall

As a nursing assistant in department 50, psychiatric care is your area of responsibility and specialty. This includes patient-centered work where a strong interest in people is important. The job responsibilities further include:

• Guiding and supporting patients in discovering and developing their own resources
• Documentation
• Contact person duties
• Supportive conversations
• Sampling
• Regular tasks within the psychiatric inpatient department

As a nursing assistant in department 50, you will have an exciting and varied job where you both work independently and are part of a multiprofessional psychiatric care team with good cohesion. In daily work, focus is needed on finding solutions in the present, allowing you to be creative and flexible in your work.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in psychiatric care
