They have specialized expertise in power and automation solutions, and their Nordic presence enables the execution of projects that meet customer requirements for quality and functionality.

The company continuously works on developing and implementing power facilities, focusing on high technical standards and industry-specific expertise.

The position is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process is handled by Futuria People, but you will be employed directly by the client.

About the position As a construction engineer with the client, you will work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. You will take personal responsibility for various aspects of earthworks, concrete, and civil engineering. The work culture is characterized by community, flexibility, trust, and quality.

You will also:

• Develop and ensure technical solutions within earthworks, concrete, and civil engineering that meet norms, standards, and project-specific requirements.

• Act as a technical contact for clients and subcontractors and contribute to constructive and cost-effective solutions.

• Be the link between design and production on site, and support the project organization with technical expertise throughout the project.

• Participate in site visits, technical reviews, and design meetings.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in earthworks, construction, or civil engineering.

• Is proficient in producing and interpreting drawings, for example in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit/BIM.

• Has experience in dimensioning concrete and civil engineering structures, for example in FEM-Design or equivalent.

• Can work independently but also collaborate closely with colleagues and clients.

• Has good communication skills and confidence in technical discussions with both clients and executing parties.
