About the role

As a project manager at Coor, you are responsible for planning, driving, and coordinating projects in construction, installation, and maintenance – from start to finish. You ensure that projects are delivered with high quality, on time and within budget, and you play a central role in the dialogue with the customer's ordering party as well as internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a nationwide project operation and a team of about 25 project managers who together drive development and delivery on a large scale. The projects vary from tenant adaptations to maintenance projects, giving you an exciting and dynamic everyday life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operational project management and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Cost estimation and preparation of bids.
• Establishment of supplier agreements and handling of orders.
• Ongoing communication regarding status, timelines, and finances.
• Responsibility as a construction site safety coordinator (BAS-P/BAS-U).
• Active work on improving routines and working methods.

You are a confident and business-minded project manager who enjoys taking responsibility and driving development forward. With structure and drive, you skillfully navigate complex projects and make correct trade-offs in a safety-sensitive environment. You have an analytical and solution-oriented approach and deliver results even in a fast-paced environment.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in project management within construction, installation, or property.
• Knowledge of contract law (AFF).
• Technical university education in construction, property, or equivalent.
• Documented competence in BAS-P/BAS-U.
• Good understanding of project economics and processes.
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious: Project management training and experience in property technology.
