Region Skåne's public primary care is now opening a clinic for psychotherapy care at Vårdcentralen Vinslöv. We will offer high-quality psychological treatment to our patients.

The goal is to conduct independent work while sharing facilities and a manager with Vårdcentralen Vinslöv. By sharing space with the health center, there is an opportunity for a larger social context and close collaboration with colleagues from various professions. Additionally, administrative support will be available to manage ongoing administration within the care option.

Vårdcentralen Vinslöv is strategically located between Hässleholm and Kristianstad. We are situated in large airy premises that are well adapted for the operation, where everyone fits under one roof. Just under two kilometers away is the train station, where regular departures take you from the rest of Skåne to us in Vinslöv. If you commute by car, we have a large and free parking area. Vinslöv is a rural health center where we treat patients of various ages with diverse medical backgrounds.

We have good staffing with permanently employed personnel across all professional categories. We have over 6,000 listed patients. Our team includes district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, and physiotherapists. We have five specialists in general medicine, and as we are a training health center, we have several training doctors in both specialist training (ST), general training (AT), and basic training (BT). The unit also has a child health center (BVC) and a rehabilitation team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role within the Psychotherapy Care option in Skåne, you will offer time-limited, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals aged 16 and older with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, stress, or PTSD. Treatment is provided based on accredited methods within CBT and includes up to 16 visits, or up to 23 visits for obsessive-compulsive disorder and PTSD. You will receive patients on referral from a doctor or psychologist at the health center and work systematically according to the care option's mission and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed psychologist, specializing in CBT, with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is a requirement. We view it positively if you have experience in independent treatment work, work within primary care, and familiarity with the PMO journal system.

You are confident in your professional role, work systematically, and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work. At the same time, you are humble, helpful, and always focused on putting the patient first. You have a strong ethical approach and a natural ability to collaborate and build relationships with both patients and colleagues. Through your engagement and positive attitude, you actively contribute to improvement work and an inspiring and joyful work climate.
