We now welcome you as a nurse/district nurse interested in a part-time position at the Evening and Weekend Clinic in Ängelholm.

Here at the evening and weekend clinic, we assess and treat patients at the primary care level where care cannot wait until the next weekday. We are tasked with meeting citizens' needs for urgent, unplanned primary care during evenings and weekends. High medical quality, continuity, high accessibility, and patient safety are our focus, and we always put the patient's best interests at the center. From April 1, 2025, we will be part of the new administration Close Care and Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you work to ensure that all our patients receive a good reception and professional care. You perform nursing tasks that are commonly found in urgent primary care, such as triage, telephone advice, and outpatient work.

We offer you an exciting, fast-paced, and varied job where you can develop in your role as a nurse. With us, you work in a dedicated and interdisciplinary team with nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, and doctors from various health centers. We have close collaboration with both primary care and emergency care, and our unit shares premises with the emergency department. When you start with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences and needs to help you integrate into the organization effectively. Working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends, and you decide how much you want to work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably further educated as a district nurse, with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. Experience working in a health center and/or in emergency care is an advantage. For the position, it is important that you have a good understanding of the care processes that occur in primary care and specialized emergency care.

As a person, you are responsible, have a good sense of how to meet people in different life situations, and are grounded in a positive attitude. Additionally, you actively contribute to the development of the organization and always work in the best interests of the patients and the organization. Since we work in interdisciplinary teams, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with other professional categories and that you have good communication skills.
