About Villa Foresta

Villa Foresta is today an established hotel destination with:

• 103 hotel rooms
• 10 conference rooms
• Several restaurants and bars

During ongoing and upcoming development phases, the facility is taking its next big step and will be expanded with:

• A 900 m² spa with pools and sauna world
• New experiential environments that strengthen Villa Foresta as a year-round destination

About the position

As a custodian at Villa Foresta, you have a central role in the daily operations. You work closely with colleagues in reception, restaurant, kitchen, and housekeeping, contributing to ensuring that our guests are met with a well-functioning, safe, and welcoming environment – every day.

Your tasks include:

• Ongoing property and maintenance work
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Contact and coordination with external suppliers
• Support for conference and guest activities
• Actively contributing to order, safety, and overall experience

The hotel is open seven days a week, and work may be scheduled for evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of experience in custodial work or a similar role
• Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach
• Is service-oriented, unpretentious, and responsible
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact

Desirable experiences:

• HVAC
• Control and regulation technology
• Conference technology
• Previous work in hotels or the hospitality industry

You are social, communicative, and express yourself well in Swedish and English. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
