Description

The Care Administration is looking for a nursing assistant for the Fjällbacka service elderly home.

The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts. You will work across the entire Fjällbacka service. You will have a home department, but the work will be performed in various units. The position is a permanent employment.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities include care work based on individual needs and health and medical tasks according to instructions or by delegation from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses. We offer an enjoyable job that is very varied. The work requires good health, initiative, flexibility, creativity, and teamwork skills. Qualifications

Completion of the nursing program for nursing assistants and passing grades in Swedish 1 and social studies at the high school level. Basic computer skills are an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on good teamwork skills and experience in care work as well as personal suitability. It is beneficial if you have training and experience working with people with dementia and psychiatric disorders. Computer proficiency is required as documentation is done through the IT system Treserva.

It is required that you have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant or are covered by the transitional provisions to be offered a position as a nursing assistant.

Conditions

Monthly salary and other employment benefits according to the applicable collective agreement. Tanum Municipality has a smoke-free work environment. Therefore, we prefer that you are smoke-free. The Care Administration requires a presentation of an extract from the suspicion and criminal record before employment.
