The Health and Care Administration, with its approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in Mölndal city and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Typical tasks for a registered nurse within municipal health care in our pool unit. Working in the internal Pool means a flexible working method where you work across all our areas in care and nursing homes, short-term units, ordinary housing, and support for people with disabilities.

The work as a nurse within municipal health care means that you independently assess, plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and nursing interventions. You work health-promoting and preventive and contribute to collaboration around the individual patient. As a nurse, you are responsible for guiding and delegating nursing staff and serving as an advisor for other professionals in the team around the patient. We work a lot with digital tools and use several different digital systems.

Working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. It is advantageous if you have experience working in all areas of municipal health care (care and nursing homes, short-term care, support for people with disabilities, and ordinary housing) and have previous experience working in the Treserva journal system.

For the position, we are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their and the common tasks with the organization's/patient's best interests in focus. You are keen to complete what you have started and ensure that the work is done correctly. You also find it easy to adapt your working method based on changed conditions and can quickly change your approach and see opportunities in changes.

Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and can work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals. By being interested and creating understanding for others, you contribute to a respectful work climate. You understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. We also see that you are independent and can act on your own based on what the situation requires without support from others and can make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment.

You have good computer skills and a B driver's license as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Knowledge of languages other than Swedish is an advantage.
