We are looking for an engaged logistics engineer on behalf of our client who wants to create value by developing industrial processes within logistics and process development.

About the role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Process improvements and value stream analyses.
• Capacity planning, purchasing, production, and after-sales.
• Participation in development projects as a project leader or team member.
• Continuous improvements – both incremental and radical.

Experience with CAD layout and flow simulation (DES) is a plus.

Who are you?

We believe you have:

• An engineering degree in logistics and process development or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in project management and improvement work.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A curious, structured, and communicative personality with a strong desire to develop and contribute to the team.

You have experience working with improvement work and problem-solving and are well-versed in methods such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean production, and Plan For Every Part (PFEP). Experience in project management is seen as a plus, and you also have good knowledge of Excel, including functions like Pivot and VLOOKUP.
