Your Profile

We are looking for a logistician with technical skills and the ability to understand and follow drawings. You will play an important role in optimizing our logistics and material handling processes, working closely with both production and account managers to ensure an efficient flow of materials and transportation.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inventorying production materials to ensure correct stock management and availability of the right materials at the right time.
Book transports and manage transport documentation to ensure a smooth and cost-effective delivery process.
Develop and streamline processes within material handling to improve flow and reduce downtime.
Plan and report in various business systems, such as Excel and other logistics tools, to ensure accurate tracking and documentation.
Collaborate with production to ensure that materials and products are available when needed, and work closely with account managers to meet customer needs and delivery requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

Has technical understanding and can read and interpret drawings to ensure correct material handling.
Has experience in logistics, material handling, or related tasks.
Is meticulous and has a structured approach to managing inventory, transport bookings, and reporting.
Is comfortable working in business systems and handling data in Excel.
Has a completed high school education (preferably in logistics, technology, or a similar field).
Is a team player who can easily collaborate with both production teams and account managers to optimize processes.
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Has a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with logistics and business systems.
Experience in developing and improving processes within material handling.
