Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the sales organization and customers by preparing technical descriptions, determining costs, and creating competitive bids. You will help customers find cost-effective and technically suitable solutions and participate in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

You will be responsible for cost calculations, business opportunities, and quality assurance of commercial inquiries. The role also involves analyzing customer needs and the market's competitive situation to develop strategic solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate factory activities such as FAT and audits, in collaboration with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.

Finally, you will ensure correct pricing, identify risks, and simplify processes for both customers and internal work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical education, preferably at the college or university level, in fields such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar area. Experience from similar roles can also compensate if you lack formal higher education. You are skilled at analyzing the market and understanding customer needs, which allows you to propose solutions that are both profitable and value-creating.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, with an eye for detail when it comes to cost calculations and quotation work. You have the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and you thrive in a role where you coordinate and drive activities forward.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you have a communicative ability that allows you to explain technical and commercial details clearly and pedagogically. We also see that you are solution-oriented and enjoy handling challenges in a dynamic work environment.
