Material Administrator at the Swedish Armed Forces
The Swedish Armed Forces Logistics - FMLOG Supply procures, stores, maintains, and decommissions spare parts and supplies for the Armed Forces. In the Procurement & UE Planning department, about 65 competent and helpful colleagues work, where we have a good atmosphere and community.

About the Role
As a material administrator with us, you will be responsible for the operational purchasing work. The focus is on ensuring that the Armed Forces have the right material, at the right quality, when and where it is needed. You will handle varied issues within purchasing, technology, and logistics planning within your assigned area, which means freedom with responsibility. You will have a large network of contacts and participate in meetings with suppliers, customers, and technical managers.
Your tasks will include:
- Analyzing procurement needs
- Handling requests for quotes
- Placing purchase orders
- Managing delivery and quality deviations
The Armed Forces is in strong growth, and the tasks may develop over time.
Qualifications
Requirements
- You have completed a secondary education
- You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- You are computer literate and knowledgeable in Office
- You have a driver's license with at least category B for manual transmission

Meritorious
- Relevant work experience in logistics, purchasing, or technology
- Experience working with the Armed Forces' support system PRIO (SAP)
- Knowledge of and experience with the Armed Forces' operations
- Education in logistics, purchasing, or technology
