Do you want to develop in a future-oriented industry and make a real difference? We are looking for two new colleagues for our night shift team at the short-term unit Lövgärdet.

The positions are for a permanent employment and a temporary position for 8 months.

At the short-term unit, you have the opportunity to develop and use your full competence as a care assistant. The work is varied, and you work both independently and together with others to provide person-centered care and support. You also work in a team with licensed staff.

In your role, you will perform planned interventions and other tasks according to the night staff's planning and manage safety, movement, and deviation alarms throughout your shift. You will receive delegations regarding health and medical care interventions and also work based on contact person responsibilities at night. Furthermore, you will contribute to the work with information about the guest at night to the rest of the team, which also forms the basis for implementation plans. You will have the opportunity to develop and use your full competence as a care assistant.

Lövgärdet short-term unit offers municipal care and support for shorter periods for individuals who, for various reasons, cannot stay at home. This may include those who need more rehabilitation after a hospital stay before returning home, as well as those who need special care and support for a short period before moving home or to a care and support facility.

Your working hours are scheduled nights and weekends, and evenings may also be included. About You

• We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and can present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare and a protected professional title, or can show that you have been employed as a care assistant since the introduction of the new regulations.
• The position requires work experience as a care assistant and previous experience of night work in care and support.
• Since a large part of your tasks involves communication and documentation, good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
• It is an advantage if you have worked in short-term operations.
