Capio Vårdcentral Tomelilla is a smaller and well-functioning health center in Österlen where Capio Midwifery Clinic and Capio BVC are located in close proximity at the Family Center Tomelilla.

At Capio Vårdcentral Tomelilla, we have a medical clinic, a social worker, and nurse-led clinics: asthma/COPD, hypertension, diabetes, district nurse clinic, targeted health talks, and laboratory testing.

In daily work, there are also medical secretaries and receptionists providing important support. With Rehabhuset in Tomelilla, we have a subcontractor agreement, we share appointment books, and can book emergency appointments directly.

Capio continuously works to develop new methods. We strive to offer patients interdisciplinary assessments based on needs and actively work to utilize everyone's competencies fully, holding daily rounds where we discuss cases.

There are short decision-making paths. We are a large network of colleagues and expertise together with all Capio health centers in the southeast region.

The Tomelilla bus/train station is nearby, about 100 m away. There is free parking close to the workplace.

Are you a district nurse with experience, drive, and a heart for primary care? Then we would love to meet you!

We are looking for a licensed district nurse with a few years of experience – preferably with health center experience, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are confident in both person and profession, have a patient-focused approach, and enjoy making a difference.

You are meticulous, flexible, and have the ability to adjust your pace depending on what the day brings – from calm conversations to quick decisions. You are a team player who likes to take initiative, has structure in your thoughts, and a warm approach in meetings with both patients and colleagues.

The position is a summer temporary position at 100% for the period of weeks 26-33.
