We are looking for a service technician / electromechanic to Falun Borlänge Elektra AB. In this role, you will be an important part of a team that works with service, maintenance, and repair of electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, and fans – both in the workshop and on-site with customers. You will have a lot of customer contact and contribute with advice and technical expertise.

You will work with disassembly, assembly, and alignment of various components as well as troubleshooting and problem-solving. The work alternates between independent assignments and close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and other contacts.

Scope: Full-time

Working Hours: Daytime

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys both independent work and teamwork. You have a technical interest and want to further develop in your profession. Most importantly, you are problem-solving, flexible, and engaged with a customer focus.

We would like you to already have or want to learn troubleshooting and test driving of electric motors, both AC and DC variants. This may involve going out for troubleshooting, measuring motors when they arrive at the workshop, and test driving them in our test room before delivery.

• Previous experience as a service technician, mechanic, electromechanic, electrician, or in similar technical service work

• Experience working with electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, or fans as well as bearing replacements.

• Ability to interpret manuals, drawings, and other technical documentation in daily work

• Driver's license B

• Previous leadership role, such as team leader

• Experience with customer contact in a technical role

• B96 or BE driver's license
