About the Position

You will work in a fun atmosphere alongside driven colleagues in an environment that breathes success. The position is full-time, and you will work from 9 AM to 5 PM. The working hours include basic training where you will learn everything about the product and sales, and you will also receive continuous training to keep developing.

The company has three different products that you can choose to work with or vary for a developing workplace. You can work with insurance, phone subscriptions, or security services. During a potential interview, you will receive more information about the different services so you can choose something that suits you.

To succeed as a salesperson, you need to be outgoing and enjoy talking to people. Since the work is performance-based, it is also an advantage if you are competitive and enjoy challenges. Qualifications

You do not need any prior experience to succeed in this position. You will be trained from the start with everything you need to know for a good start. We see that you are a person who enjoys contacting new people and who is driven and likes to contribute with positive energy. Being fluent in Swedish is a requirement.

Salary

The salary is based on a fixed salary of 25,000 plus commission. The salary rises to 45,000 when you meet the budget. The average salary for a new salesperson is between 30,000 and 35,000.
