About the Role
As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. In the role of team leader, you have the overall responsibility to lead and coach your team members in the department.
Examples of Common Tasks
- Lead, distribute, and delegate work within the daily operations of your team
- Ensure that safety and working environment regulations are followed
- Active sales of the product range within garden and plants
- Act as a role model in terms of advice and sales towards customers
- As a team leader, you are a diplomatic team player who works for good group dynamics
- Responsible for incoming goods and displays as well as for renovations in the department
- Identify problems and propose solutions, as well as ensure that standards are maintained.
Your Profile
- Previous leadership experience is a requirement
- Relevant experience in sales and advice within construction or retail
- Experience in gardening and plant orders is an advantage
- Good administrative skills
- Pronounced sense of service and customer orientation as well as sales knowledge.
- As a person, you are meticulous and solution-oriented.
- Good communication skills
- It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4).

Working Hours/Duration:
Permanent employment. Full-time 38.25 hours/week. Working hours are days, evenings, and every other weekend
