About the job

Position: Summer temporary position with varying hours during the summer of 2026.

Start date: 2026-06-01 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important role in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude to help the customer find their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks will be:

  • Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
  • Work with baking and producing everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
  • Handle customer orders, restock products, and create a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
  • Contribute to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Great! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop – even better!

We believe that you:

  • Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it would be fantastic if you do too.
  • If you have previous experience/training in baking or pastry, that is a plus.
  • Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
  • Enjoy working together and contribute energy and joy.
  • Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
