Then we have the perfect job for you. We are now looking for two sales associates who want to become part of the team at Specsavers in Kristianstad. The position is a temporary role at 75% with immediate start or by agreement, lasting until August with good opportunities for extension. The store hours are in the City store weekdays 09:00–18:00 and Saturdays 09:00–16:00 and at C4 shopping weekdays 10:00-20:00 and weekends 10:00-18:00. You are expected to be able to work in both stores. The work is done according to a rolling schedule with shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. We follow the Handels collective agreement. Your responsibilities No previous experience in optics is required – we provide you with a solid introduction through practical training in-store combined with digital education. After the introduction, you will become an important part of the customer experience in the store, where you welcome customers, explain the importance of eye examinations, and tell them about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return, while being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal of making better eye health accessible to everyone.
