Job Responsibilities

With us, you will be answering incoming support questions about our client's products with a strong focus on the customers' experience of their contact with us through a pleasant and personal approach. The incoming calls are in Finnish.

The customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. The position starts with a paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the job and how to deliver the best customer service.

About You

You are also efficient, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily to new situations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish and have good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form
• Basic computer skills
• Completed high school education

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or another service profession
• Interest in problem-solving
