We are looking for a UI Motion Designer to support the delivery of high-quality UI assets, spanning both visual and motion design. You will work independently within established frameworks and guidelines, in close collaboration with UI/UX and Interior Design stakeholders across different project phases, contributing to HMI-related design work from concept to final output.

• Create high-quality UI deliverables aligned with established design frameworks and guidelines.
• Produce UI and motion design assets supporting HMI-related features.
• Translate design intent into consistent, production-ready output.
• Participate in design reviews and present your work and design rationale.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and the design team’s vision.

• 3-5 years of working experience in UI and motion design.
• Documented experience as a Digital Designer with a focus on UI and motion design, suited for independent work.
• Ability to deliver high-quality UI assets in alignment with established design frameworks and brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design work in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects).

• Expertise in Blender.
• Experience with HMI principles and their application in automotive design environments.
