About the Job

• Employment: part-time temporary position 65% with a chance for a permanent position and hourly substitutes
• Hours: The schedule offers long shifts from 08:00 - 23:30 (Fri, Sat 08:00-24:00).
• Before your first shift, you will shadow one of my regular assistants about 4-5 times to get into the job.

About Me

I am a woman over 55 who lives with my partner in a small community called Norra Unnaryd, located about 40 km outside of Jönköping. My disability means that I need your arms and legs in various situations, but I lead my own assistance. I use a wheelchair due to a muscle disease and need help with personal care, cooking, and household chores.

A day with me can range from a quiet day at home with various tasks, both indoors and outdoors, to an active outing – perhaps shopping at Gekås in Ullared. I enjoy baking, cooking, going to restaurants, concerts, and hockey, and I love spending time with family and friends.

To get along well, I believe you are:

• A woman with personal maturity.
• Reliable, meticulous, and attentive.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and can read and adapt to my needs.

Important to Know:

• You need to be smoke-free and tolerate pets.
• You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You need a driver's license and access to your own car to get to and from work (you will drive my adapted car during work).
• Even though aids are available at home, some physical strength is required, so it is good if you are in good shape.

Due to the nature of the work, I am only seeking female assistants.
