Property Technician – Stockholm

As a property technician at BK Property Services, you will work with:

• Supervision, rounds, record-keeping, and reporting in properties.
• Ongoing maintenance and upkeep according to service agreements.
• Repairs in apartments, such as replacing or repairing sanitary fixtures.
• Replacement and repackaging of standard model mixers.
• Basic troubleshooting of heating, water, and ventilation.
• Electrical work where no certification is required.
• Troubleshooting and basic repairs of laundry room equipment.
• Participation in property on-call duty.

You will be responsible for a number of properties and work closely with customers and tenants. The role is independent with great freedom under responsibility, and you plan your daily work in dialogue with the area manager.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in property maintenance or similar technical work.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Good computer skills and experience with digital work order management.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• The ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
• A background check will be applied.

It is advantageous to have electrical certification, good operational knowledge of sub-stations, and advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, or construction.
