Job Coach

As a Job Coach, you will focus on the needs of the participants and provide support during the workday in various tasks, using a salutogenic approach to motivate development and strengthen and maintain abilities.

We offer a varied and flexible job where you will have a base placement but will also work flexibly within the unit.

Your responsibilities

• Guide and support participants in daily activities and work tasks
• Work to maintain the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life
• Create structure, clarity, and security in the operations
• Work towards increased independence, participation, and work ability
• Establish implementation plans with the participant in focus and follow up as a contact person
• Participate in planning, follow-up, and documentation according to current legislation
• Collaborate with case managers, employers, and other professionals
• Work supportively, develop creatively, and create motivation.

You must have

• A minimum of a high school education in social work, health and care, educational work, or another equivalent education deemed relevant by the employer
• Experience in educational work and working with individuals with neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage.
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license B.

It is advantageous if you also have

• Experience in providing support to individuals with disabilities and knowledge of various disabilities.
