Every day we work within the social care sector to ensure that our clients have a safe and meaningful existence, where the individual's needs are at the center. In the role of personal assistant, you will be an important part of that work.

As a personal assistant, you will work both in the individual's home and outside. You will work based on the individual's needs and are responsible for creating a trusting collaboration with the individual and their relatives.

You are the person who supports the individual and creates conditions for a meaningful everyday life, where the individual's own resources are utilized. You work to maintain the individual's abilities, health, and quality of life.

You will:

• assist with personal care
• assist with dressing and undressing
• assist with wheelchair transfers
• assist during meal situations
• provide support in communication
• assist with activities
• document services provided according to established implementation plans.

Transfers occur in the assistance, transfer aids are available, and you will receive instructions on everything related to the assistance on-site. Double assistance may occur.

You must have:

• nursing assistant training or equivalent care training or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent
• Class B driver's license.

It is an advantage if you also have experience working as a personal assistant.
