Job Description
You now have the chance to take on the role of support staff at an important authority in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, is tech-savvy, and wants to be part of a dynamic team where no day is the same.
The position involves many points of contact where good collaboration and communication skills are crucial. We see you as a driven person who is used to working independently. The position is security classified, and a security clearance will be part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
As support staff, you are the first point of contact for the authority's employees when they need help with their IT equipment. You will work in a fast-paced service desk environment, handling cases through various channels. Your focus is on providing support with a strong user perspective and quickly resolving issues so that employees can continue their important work.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Approved high school education.
- At least one year of experience in a support role where you provided customer service via phone or in-person meetings (e.g., retail, restaurant, or other service work).
- Very good ability to express yourself pedagogically and empathetically in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
- Experience with case management systems, documentation, and logistics related to cases.
- Good knowledge of Windows 11, Office suite, and digital meeting platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions, even when documentation is lacking.
Personal qualities:
- Stress-resistant - you maintain quality even under time pressure.
- Collaborative with the ability to manage many points of contact simultaneously.
- Flexible and quick to adapt to changing circumstances.
Meritorious:
- Relevant education or certifications in IT support.
- Experience specifically in Helpdesk or phone support as primary tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar process models for service management.
- Advanced skills in Word (templates/design mode), SharePoint, mobile platforms (iOS), Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft SCCM.
- A genuine interest in technology and a drive to stay updated on the digital developments in the world.
